The NAND is the problem

The E81 error code is caused by failed settings in the NAND. If the error appears after a modding attempt your best bet is to rebuild and flash the NAND again from scratch. If the console was acquired this way you may also need to replace the NAND itself. Lastly, if all else fails replacing the motherboard with a working one would fix the problem too.
