Dealing with the E54 problem
I know you are here for answers, but having an E54 error code on your Xbox 360 console is usually a dead end. The error is only triggered inside a special mode on the Xbox 360 console. This mode is the MFG, or manufacturing, mode and has never been accessed by the general public. Due to this, you have no testing, research, or info on the E54 error code. At this point you are better off simply replacing the console or the entire motherboard. Even if a fix is completed, the console is still going to be stuck in MFG mode. Dealing with that will also come's with little knowledge or instruction on how to do so.
