How to install an Xbox One LED kit

Welcome to part 4 of our series on the Xbox One console. This particular tutorial teaches you how to install an Xbox One LED kit. With that being said this can be much more tricky than some other consoles. This is because of the way the Xbox One console is built. There are actually two different ways you can install an Xbox One LED kit and we go into great depth about each option you have!

What you need

This list will be a little long, but remember, you may not need everything listed here as there are two different methods we show you in the tutorial below. Tinker Mods Xbox One LED kit
Drill with 1/2 inch or larger drill bit
Hot Glue
Assorted bolts with nuts
Torx T8/T9 screwdriver

The LED kit

Now you need the LED kit! The one shown in this tutorial is very versitile and made specifically for the Xbox One console. We use 12 Ultra-bright LED lights that will light the up entire console. The LED lights are also split into two sections so you can make sure the console is even lit up with no dark spots!
