First and foremost, here you are buying an OEM and genuine Xbox One faceplate! This is not a poorly made clone. This also means that this is NOT going to come in perfect condition. I will not sell a replacement faceplate that has damage to it, but because of the high gloss finish these have, there will be some small blemishes like scuffs and a few scratches. In addition to the front Xbox One faceplate, this also has the flex ribbon included and attached. This will solve most issues with the front buttons not functioning properly. This is designed for the Xbox One fat console only (Models 1540) This would not fit or function on the S or X models.
